Established in 2010 and based on 4 production sites located in Shandong, Jiangsu,Sichuan and Hunan provinces, Leal produces high quality products and provides solutions for paints, inks, coatings, plastics, textiles and electronics. The operations of all the manufacturing sites are in compliance with international standards for safety, quality and environment, and we conduct quality test for every production batch before shipment delivery.Leal is committed to supplying cost-effective and reliable chemicals to the customers worldwide.
